What data is collected and for what purpose
Contact form. Name, email address, organisation and the content of the message. These are used solely to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
Newsletter subscription. Email address only. This is used to notify you when a new column, analysis or technical note is published. The legal basis is your consent, which you confirm by replying to the verification email.
Technical browsing data. The server records the IP address, the date and the page requested, for security purposes and to compile aggregated statistics.
How long
Messages sent via the form are retained for the duration of the relationship arising from your enquiry and for the time necessary to address any potential liabilities. Subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Technical server logs are retained [plazo pendiente de fijar].
To whom data is disclosed
No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. The server hosting provider and the newsletter email service provider act as data processors, both under a data processing agreement. The newsletter is sent via Google Ireland Limited, within the European Economic Area. The hosting provider is IONOS Cloud, S.L.U., with the servers located in a data centre in Spain.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of, objection to and portability of your data by writing to miguel.angel@temprano.es. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
